OMdance: condition and flow

Join us for an hour of sweating, stretching, and strengthening. This class is designed to rid you of the stresses of your work week and help you find freedom in movement through a combination of modern, jazz, and ballet techniques. The only requirement is to have fun and let loose, no experience required.
