OMfusion: TRX + row

This is a total body circuit built on TRX and the Concept 2 rower, driving balanced strength and greater cardio performance to propel your performance. The exhilarating solo and team competition will push you to bring it, beat it and brag about it.

OMfusion: circuit

This class is a circuit based training session that is suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels. The circuit class incorporates the principles of muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility.  Participants can expect short intervals of aerobic activity followed by a series of functional movements using training accessories that include, but are not limited to: TRX, kettlebell and ropes.
