OMpower yoga combines breath, sweat, movement, and spirit to create an empowering practice that cultivates muscular strength and flexibility, joint mobility, breathing exercises, focusing strategies, and a peace of mind. Our yoga classes and facility are an urban refuge where you can release any physical, mental, emotional, and/or spiritual limitations or obstacles that may hold you back from living the life you've always wanted.

The OMpower yoga program features three key yogic modalities: 1) Vinyasa Yoga, 2) Hatha Yoga, and 3) Restorative Yoga. With these three core elements, students have the ability to dial up or dial down the intensity of their yoga practices depending how on you feel and how we can best support you.

In all OMpower yoga classes, you can expect dynamic sequencing and great vibes.  OMpower yoga instructors come from a variety of backgrounds, but all combine athleticism, yogic philosophy, mindfulness, compassion, and humor to offer well-rounded, holistic experiences on the mat.

It is our aim to provide yoga for everybody and every body. We are not about creating a scene; we are about helping anybody wherever they're at... and at any stage. A core tenet of yoga is selfless-service, and it is our mission to serve you. We look forward to welcoming you to our urban retreat.

yoga: vinyasa

A dynamic, physically-energizing form of yoga that is characterized by flowing sequences that are linked to breath. This challenging class builds strength, flexibility, and stamina, while developing mental resilience and quieting the internal chatter of the mind. Individual instructors determine the pace of the flow, however, all students are welcome to adjust the pace to fit their needs. Nobody is turned away because they can't do 150 chatarangas or a handstand.

  • rise & shine: Get charged up and ready to take on your day!

  • lunch break: Take a pause in the middle of your day to breath, re-connect, and revitalize.

  • dynamic: Clear your mind and move your body with this faster-paced class that builds heat from the inside out.

  • candlelight: Decompress from your day with a slower, more intentional flow.

  • wind down: A flow that meets you where you are and supports you in winding down into a place of stillness. A combination of vinyasa, hatha, and restorative, ending in a few magical mOMents of stillness.

yoga: hatha

This style of yoga is considered a cornerstone of every practice, and is commonly performed at a slower-pace to provide students with the ability to focus on improving anatomical alignment. Students will find steadiness and ease as they practice their "asanas" (physical postures) with guided alignment cues, tactical sequences that target certain joint complexes and body regions, and hands-on adjustments to refine their poses.  Perfect for advanced students seeking a slower practice and a refresh on proper pose technique, and beginning to intermediate students looking for general improvement.

yoga: restorative

This very slow, gentle practice promotes overall wellbeing, and brings a sense of balance to the body, mind, and spirit. Ideal for beginners, seniors, individuals recovering from injury, as well as more experienced yogis and athletes – this class provides benefits ranging from improved athletic performance, accelerated recovery time, and general injury prevention. Props are used to support the body so that students can hold poses for longer for longer durations, generating greater flexibility and mobility through passive stretching. While the class may look "restful," we promise this is not simply taking a nap.

yoga: boxing

BoxingYoga™ merges innovative yoga postures with traditional boxing movements in a flowing sequence set to music. With intensity adapted to participants' needs and ability, BoxingYoga™ methodically strengthens and stretches the entire body while building stamina and balance. BoxingYoga™ is non-contact, no special equipment is required.

Mat flow focusing on deep core muscles to both stabilize and power movement. Be ready!
