With the use of video, our terrain-based classes simulate riding outdoors and allow you to develop the discipline and mental focus while getting an intense cardio workout. By varying the resistance and pedaling cadence, you control the workout intensity to suit your fitness level and training goals. This allows all levels to ride together and safely experience the power of the pack.
This cardio class is based on the sweet science of efficient pedal stroke. With no video, this class is solely guided by music and taught using cadence (RPMs), how you feel (RPE) and how hard you work. This workout is meant to reclute a lot of energy from the body along with strength from the mind and in the end, it will make you stronger by focusing on the effects that resistance has on how you pedal.
