Baby & Me Wednesday and Saturday

Wednesday October 14 - Saturday December 19, 2015

Wednesday classes: 10:45am - 11:45pm//  Saturday classes: 3pm - 4pm

This is a post-natal pilates and yoga program to help new moms retain key muscles and shed baby weight. We like to end each class with a soothing lullaby, gentle stretches and massage for baby. 

Mom plus pre-crawlers (3-10 months) $99 for any 4 classes or a drop-in $30
