The New Year is a wonderful time to make room for all to come!
This workshop is plentifully packed in order to ‘cleanse’ deeply. It is composed of a 30minute talk about daily and simple yoga tricks that can be used to reset every day. Following this with an hour and half of pranayama (breath practice) and asana (posture) practice, specifically designed to rid the body and mind of that which is not needed. Then closing with a restorative sivansana and a guided meditation. As we release through this practice, we are able to pave that clear path of intention and shine light on the opportunities ahead.
Please bring a small face cloth towel (or hand towel) in addition to a towel for the mat. You will get sweaty! Do have a cover up in case needed for the last 30 minutes of class and a notebook for any ideas to remember.
Yogi’s must have had at least 10 prior vinyasa classes and be very willing and open to child’s pose. This will be a vigorous flow with not a lot of breakdown on pose structure.
