Meet Allie Stark

Allie Stark has over a decade of experience in the field of integrative health.  She received her master's degree in Integrative Health from the California Institute of Integral Studies and her health coaching certification through Real Balance Coaching.  She works as a health and nutrition coach, wellness consultant, writer, and speaker. Allie's approach addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of one's health and inspires her clients to reach and sustain their lifestyle and behavioral goals. She uses her work as an opportunity to teach and empower others to lead their lives in a space of optimal health, happiness, and balance. 

In addition to her private practice, she partners with corporations including: Zendesk,, IXL Learning, 72andSunny, Nielsen, One Medical Group, and ITVS.

What to Expect

In this 30 minute session, you will explore your overall health and nutrition goals. You can expect to leave the session with a clear understanding of what defines “health," introductory information on the area of nutrition that most addresses your unique needs, and a foundational nutrition plan to get you started on your path.

Physical Fitness

Meet Elliott Bringman

Elliott Bringman, MA is a San Francisco-based fitness and yoga professional with specializations in Functional Training, Yoga, and the triathlon endurance sports (swimming, running, cycling). Elliott combines the best of strength, cardio, and mobility work to elevate your physicality to the next level.  

Elliott is a NESTA Certified Fitness Trainer, Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with over 1000 hours of teaching), and TEAM ICG certified Indoor-Cycling coach.  Elliott worked from 2014-2016 for TRX Training in Brand Marketing, and taught regular TRX and Yoga classes at the TRX Global Training Center.  He is TRX Group Suspension Training, Group Training, Functional Training, and Rip Training Qualified.  He is presently in the process of completing his TRX education, and will soon carry the privileged distinction of being a "TRX Certified Coach," the highest distinction TRX grants.

Elliott holds both a bachelor's and master's degrees in Germanic Languages and Literatures from UC Santa Barbara with distinction.  He is also a US Fulbright Scholar, having represented the US at an inner-city Berlin high school from 2002-03.

What to Expect 

"During this 30 minute coaching session, you will identify your physical fitness level and clearly define what your fitness-related goals are.  Toward this end, you will receive a body-fat and a functional movement screen to provide you with concrete metrics from which you can best optimize your personal fitness plan.  You will gain insight into which mix of cardio, strength, and mobility/flexibility practices will be right for you, and how you can best leverage OMpower's spectrum of classes to help you get and stay fit."
