OMBody Bootcamp

This full body circuit class is a combination of conditioning and resistance training, using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance, while keeping the focus on balance and coordination to work across the full spectrum of biomechanics.

OMBody Circuit + Core

This is a dynamic, full body circuit style class targeting elements of strength, coordination, balance, and stamina. Each class will close with low impact, core focused exercises and light stretching; providing participants with a complete workout.


This is a total-body training circuit that utilizes the TRX Suspension Trainer and the Concept2 Rower, driving balanced strength and greater cardio performance to propel your athleticism forward. The combination of strength and cardiovascular training provides students with the tools they need to overcome plateaus, create diversity in their workouts and build new neuromuscular connections. This is a perfect class for those looking to mix things up.


High.Intensity.Interval.Training pairs multidiscipline circuits with rowing intervals on the Concept2 rowing ergometer. Aimed to get you to step up your fitness to the next level, get ready to work on all facets of fitness: Strength, Flexibility, Cardio, Endurance and Power.

TRX Mobility Lab

Class begins by exploring the way you currently move and giving you the tools to level up! Each week we will focus on a specific movement (i.e. squat, plank, etc...) during the first few minutes of class and then integrate what you've learned throughout the lab. When you learn what to focus on as you move, the workouts and exercises we execute together in class and any activities or sports you participate in outside of the studio will yield better results and fewer injuries. We will accomplish this by using many different modalities (Bodyweight, TRX Suspension Training, medicine balls, etc). Come build a better plank, push-up, squat, lunge, and more while still having fun!

Vinyasa and Meditation

This class links yoga asana (postures) and meditation as they have classically been integrated in the yoga tradition. This class moves through a beautiful vinyasa and winds down with a formal seated meditation.
